New Years Resolution: 2011

eliclare:

Let’s see if I can make these goals a lot more realistic this time:

  1. Get accepted into my choice 1 school
  2. Keep secretly toning my body (according to Steph, I’m hella toned)
  3. Don’t fail
  4. Keep dancing
  5. Bring up my GPA before graduation
  6. Keep up relationships with the best people ever even if I attend a different college from them
  7. Instead of the gaining the cursed freshman 15, lose 15…(I’m going to fail, HA!)
  8. FELICLARE DE JESUS STOP FUCKING SLACKING AND PROCRASTINATING, SHIT
  9. Swear less (I’m horrible, I cuss way more than I should)
  10. Keep this resolution

I really hope I can do it this time, shit. I better get more than half! Shit.

So, I always make it a goal to keep my resolutions. But I seem to always forget. Maybe I should physically list them down and post them in my room as a decoration…anyways! So, have I kept up with this years resolution?

1. Get accepted into my choice 1 school

  • Hm, I think my choice 1 school was USF. But I never completed the application process. I guess California and I was not meant to be this time around. I’ll think about it if and when my cousin decides to move back.
  • Pass or fail? Well, it’s or. I stopped with the process for some subconscience reason I guess.

2. Keep secretly toning my body (according to Steph, I’m hella toned)

  • I don’t know if I’m doing this anymore that I’m in college. I walk a lot nonetheless, but I feel like I’m not as toned anymore for some reason. But, I flex my legs and they’re still hard as fuck even if I don’t dance anymore.
  • Pass or fail? Pass.

3. Don’t fail

  • I didn’t fail. I graduated. I guess I made this resolution because I was scared I wasn’t going to pass AP Lit. But I’m here. Graduated with a 3.56 GPA.
  • Pass or fail? Pass.

4. Keep dancing

  • I guess I made this resolution because I was hoping to find a way to keep dancing in college. The thing is, I can’t dance like I used to in Hawaii. I can’t dance everyday and devote a lot of time to dance because of school. I wish I could, but right now I can’t. I did though keep dancing while I was in High School. No matter how hard it did get, dance was my getaway. It was a place where I could be with people I enjoy being with and doing something I love.
  • Pass or fail? Or.

5. Bring up my GPA before graduation

  • My GPA dropped .2 from when I started my senior year. I could really care less about it because it doesn’t really matter to me since I never got any honors due to the fact I didn’t complete my senior project. I still could care less.
  • Pass or fail? Fail.

6. Keep up relationships with the best people ever even if I attend a different college from them

  • What’s there to say really? Yeah there are times where they probably no longer wanted to be friends with me, but I respect that. I was immature about it a lot because I was really hurt, it’s fine. I love my friends with all my heart. 2 people stuck around me even if I changed, I said mean things to them, and pushed them away. They’re still there. Sure, I don’t talk to them on a daily basis, but it doesn’t matter. Our friendship is better than that.
  • Pass or fail? Pass.

7. Instead of the gaining the cursed freshman 15, lose 15…(I’m going to fail, HA!)

  • I don’t think I gained or lost any weight really. Idk. This is hard. I guess the point of this resolution was to lose 15 pounds by the end of my freshman year. It’s not the end, but we’re halfway there. I didn’t gain or lose any weight that I know of.
  • Pass or fail? Or.

8. FELICLARE DE JESUS STOP FUCKING SLACKING AND PROCRASTINATING, SHIT

  • Why is this even a resolution? lol.
  • Pass or fail? Fail.

9. Swear less (I’m horrible, I cuss way more than I should)

  • I can’t say if I swear more or less. I mean, I don’t say fuck as much as I used to anymore….I think.
  • Pass or fail? Or.

10. Keep this resolution

  • In all honesty, I don’t think I kept up with this resolution at all. All of these were supposed to say Pass, and yet I have ors and fails.
  • Pass or fail? Fail.

Pass: 3/10
Fail: 3/10
Or: 4/10
So, the standings are pretty even. If you think about it, I basically failed more than half because or, is not really passing. Although it isn’t failing either. I think my resolutions were pretty doable though. They weren’t so out there and unachievable. They were pretty thought out and realistic. This upcoming 2012, I hope to actually pass more than half of my goals listed this time. 9 goals, and 1 keep this resolution. I hope 2012 is just as good as 2011.
