73. I’m pretty anti-social.
It’s not that I don’t like socializing, I just choose not to.
It’s not that I don’t like socializing, I just choose not to.
As cliched as it may sound, it’s true. I don’t need a big ass bouquet of roses for you to show your affection. I don’t need you to bring me out to a expensive fancy restaurants when we could probably get way more full off of McDonalds or something.
I mean those things are nice too once in a while. But it doesn’t need to be an annual thing and done all the time. Good morning and good night text messages, a voicemail when I’m in class hoping that I’ll have a good day, or even writing on my wall on Facebook saying you love me, is all I really need to make me feel wanted and happy. You know, those things.
LOL. It’s not really what you think. I’m talking about when people think that the more you sweat, the more you’re “losing weight”.
No.
Not really.
Not necessarily.
Not at all.
Sweating is your body’s natural reaction to heat. Your body is kept at a certain temperature for a reason. Sweating is a way for it to keep that equilibrium when your body temperature is rising. In other words, the reason you sweat is to keep your body cool when it’s too hot.
The connection between sweat and burning calories/losing weight is nonexistent. Shoot, take it from a biology major. I know what I’m talking about.
I know what I’m supposed to say, I just get so jumbled up with my words at stuff. AND I always feel like I’m talking to air…which I am -___-
64. I have a long tongue.
In this picture, I’m not even stretching it all the way.
